ONSET...Ongoing...ending shortly after sunrise. DISCUSSION... Patchy fog over far northwest Arkansas will drop visibilities to a mile or less in very localized areas. The fog will burn off after sunrise this morning. A thunderstorm complex is expected to move into eastern Oklahoma after midnight tonight, with the most likely area of impact from around I-40 southward. There is a limited risk of damaging winds with this activity. SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT...
